The application method is a proprietary method that took Wild As Heck over 2 years to develop. The images are not hand painted, but hand applied with our method. All artwork is waterproof and will not smudge. Style: Cowboy Hat bodies are produced by our partner factory in China, and all shaping, artwork, and primary labor is done at our warehouse in Missouri.
